Tiroler Schwammerlgulasch

The autumn stands among other things for Schwammerl time. That's why today we'll tell you our favourite recipe for the "Schwammerlgulasch"!

Preparation:

Clean and finely chop the mushroom mix. Cut the onion into cubes and fry. Add the mushrooms and fry until all the liquid has evaporated. Add the paprika for the nights and roast briefly with it (Attention: do not prepare too long, otherwise it will become bitter). Add the beef soup and season with caraway. Then steam the covered mushrooms until soft. At the end add the chopped parsley and intensify the taste with sour cream. Finally season to taste with salt and pepper - dust with flour if necessary.
